Introducing: Gwendoyln Pigeon, the widow

Sarah Hall, who has had character and ensemble roles in a variety of shows including PCT’s “Gypsy” in both 1991 and 2016, “Annie” (1992), and “Our Town” (1991) portrays Gwendolyn Pigeon. Gwendolyn, a widow, is one of Oscar and Felix's giggly upstairs neighbors, a pair of English sisters.​ In real life, Sarah is married and has a daughter active in the performing arts. A Frontenac resident, she is a stay-at-home mom and co-owner of B&R Electric. She’s excited to be part of a small, all-adult cast — a departure from the large casts of her youth.
