Introducing: Cassie Hurt-McLarty
Role: “Camille”
Sixteen-year-old Cassie has been performing since she was very young. Now a sophomore at Pittsburg High School, her more recent shows includes “Yours, Anne” (PCT 2015), “Evita” (PCT 2015), and “Guys & Dolls” (PHS 2015). She played Principal Dixon in “Band Geeks” (PHS 2015-2016), which was chosen for Kansas State Thespian Conference, and multiple roles in "Shrek, The Musical" (PHS) last month. When she’s not performing or rehearsing — which isn’t often! — she also is actively engaged in singing and reading, writing, and “being Cassie!” Come see Cassie when the curtain goes up on "Junie B.
