Introducing: Alexis Daniels as “Dancer”

Introducing: Alexis Daniels
Role: “Dancer” 
Alexis, 16 and a sophomore at Pittsburg High School, has been performing for five years. She took on several roles in the recent crowd-pleaser, “Shrek, The Musical,” including Mama Bear, a Duloc Dancer, a Blind Mouse and a Tapdancing Rat. She also played Minnie in “Band Geeks” (PHS 2015-2016), which was chosen for Kansas State Thespian Conference (PHS 2015-16), was a dancer in “Guys & Dolls” (PHS 2015), and was featured in “Help I’m Trapped in a High School” (PCMS 2014). Alexis also is a member of the PHS Dance Team, Choir, and PHS Volleyball Team. While the rehearsal schedule is demanding, she enjoys the chance to act like a kid again.
